Amplifying Indigenous Voices Through Inclusive Communication

Through this media partnership, EIWEN continues to advance awareness of Indigenous peoples' rights, strengthen community understanding of the Biocultural Community Protocol and promote inclusive leadership.

The campaign recognised that protecting Indigenous heritage requires the meaningful involvement of everyone. Women, young people, older persons and persons with disabilities have valuable knowledge, experiences and leadership roles in safeguarding community resources for present and future generations.

OUR PROTOCOL. OUR KNOWLEDGE. OUR FUTURE.

When communities understand their rights, value their knowledge and participate in decisions, they become stronger advocates for their cultural heritage, land, environment and future.
