📘 1. Strategic Planning & Organizational Development
✅ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or consultancy work.
✅ Experience working with NGOs, Indigenous Peoples’ organizations, community institutions, or feminist movements.
✅ Ability to design practical, participatory, and results-oriented strategic plans.

Endorois Indigenous Women Empowerment Network (EIWEN) is hiring an Agro-ecology & Policy Advocacy Consultant to support our project:
“Rooted in Care – Healing Land, Women & Culture through Agro-ecology”, in a 15-month engagement period.
🔑 Key roles
✔️ Support 3 women-led agro-ecology demonstration farms & seed banks.
✔️ Guide restoration of 15 hectares of wetlands & biodiversity.
✔️ Facilitate farmer trainings + develop an agro-ecology manual.
✔️ Integrate Indigenous knowledge through healing circles.
✔️ Lead policy advocacy & stakeholder engagement.
✔️ Documentation, storytelling & agro-ecology forum.
🎓 Qualifications:
• Degree in Agro-ecology/related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in community-based agro-ecology, wetland restoration & policy advocacy.
• Knowledge of Indigenous ecological practices & community engagement.

EIWEN is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our team. If you have experience in financial management, bookkeeping, and reporting, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Title: External Auditor.
Location: Strategic office, Kampi ya Moto-Nakuru. (P.O Box 253-30403 MARIGAT).
Organization: Endorois Indigenous Women Empowerment Network (EIWEN).

What we want.
The Endorois Indigenous Women Empowerment Network (EIWEN) board is seeking the services of a qualified chartered accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in auditing to:
✅ Establish and support the internal audit function and procedures;
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, donor requirements, and internal policies;
✅ Conduct a comprehensive audit of EIWEN’s books of accounts covering the period as from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
Key Requirements.
- Certified chartered accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in external and internal auditing.
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing audit frameworks and compliance systems.
- Knowledge of financial management within non-profit/NGO sectors is a strong advantage.
- High standards of integrity, independence, and confidentiality.
Deliverables.
- Establishment and documentation of internal audit procedures.
- A detailed audit report of EIWEN’s financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year.
- Management letter with recommendations for improvement.
